Join our team if you want to raise awareness for LGBTQ+ equality and fight back against the 540+ Anti LGBTQ+ bills introduced throughout the country in 2023! We have maintained a pro-equality majority in the Senate, and America can now look forward to a Senate that will respect and advance LGBTQ+ Rights, Abortion Rights, Voting Rights, and many more freedoms that we all count on.

But there are still extremist politicians in states such as Florida, Arizona, Texas, and elsewhere that continue to try to convince voters in their states to embrace their outdated, discriminatory, anti-LGBTQ+ vision for our country. We have to fight back for liberty and justice for all!

Fundraising experience is not necessary, but you should be passionate about educating members of the public about important civil rights issues.

As an Equality Crew Member, you will:

  • Provide context for issues and let supporters know about the nonprofit's work, and collect donations
  • Respond to questions and help to educate the public
  • Fight for civil rights for all
  • Make a difference in some of the most pressing matters of our generation

Pay: Base rate is $18.60/hour, with bonus pay, pay ranges from $23-$27/hour.
